Celeb Weddings 2010

It seems like 2010 was the year for countless hot Hollywood couples to say their I Dos. From Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom, to Penelope Cruz and Javier Barden, to Alicia Keys and Swizz Beats, all said their vows in style (of course, what else would we expect from our beloved celebs?).  Be it a whirlwind romance leading to a quickie ceremony, or a long awaited union of two long-time lovers, these lavish weddings may just tempt you to throw your budget out the window!

Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie tied the knot at the deluxe Mediterranean Villa La Quinta in Santa Barbara, CA.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand opted for a traditional yet extravagant ceremony in India, reportedly at the Rambagh Palace in Rajasthan, where they got engaged in 2009. The wedding will take place on October 23, 2010.
Rambagh Palace is the former residence of the Maharaja of Jaipur and was converted into a luxury hotel in the 1950’s.

And who could forget the most anticipated wedding of the year...Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky. The happy couple welcomed over 400 guests, celebrities and politicians alike, at the esteemed Astor Courts Estate in New York. Cost? At least $3 million.

But not all celebs want their ceremonies publicized, a small few-make that, a very small few- like to tone it down. Alanis Morissette and now-hubby Mario Treadway (aka Souleye) had a simple ceremony at Alanis’ home and kept it secret from the media for two weeks.
